Blend one scoop into any smoothie recipe. A great grab and go for breakfast, a snack, or post-workout recovery.

Stir one scoop into any recipe of your choice. Just replace 1/4 of the flour that your recipe calls for with Whey EVERY DAY® protein.

Protein Powder Vanilla & Collagen

Protein powder was pretty strange tasting at first. Fake vanilla taste was overpowering. I'm slowly getting used to it, but will never do back flips over it. I use it in smoothies. I dump the collagen into the smoothie as well. From what I can tell, I don't taste it in the smoothie. In terms of energy, the protein powder has helped me get through my workouts much better. This has made it easier to increase weight and meet the challenges I set for myself, thus making me stronger. I have two to three smoothies a day at present. I take the collagen for my bones, but it's done wonders for the skin, hair, and nails as well. I take a scoop 2 to 3 times a day and I also drink homemade bone broth using the Nourished Kitchen recipe. All work wonders. Despite that weird vanilla taste, I will order both products again.
