Easy Chocolate Energy Orbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup + 2 Tbsp seeds (pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds used)
  • ¼ cup raw cacao powder (cocoa or carob powder can be substituted)
  • 2 scoops LEANFIT WHEY PROTEIN Chocolate
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries or choice of chopped dried fruit
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 medium banana, mashed (yields 2/3 cup mashed)

Instructions:

  1. Combine oats, seeds, cacao powder, chocolate whey powder and cranberries.
  2. Stir together until combined.
  3. Add maple syrup and mashed banana; mash together until well combined. Add water if too dry.
  4. Portion out onto parchment paper using ice cream scoop or ¼ measuring cup and place in fridge to harden.
Tip: Keep the orbs in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or store in the refrigerator for up to one week for added freshness.
