Easy Chocolate Protein Bark

Deliciously sugar-free, dairy-free & vegan friendly! Break pieces to any shape and size you prefer.

Ingredients:

Toppings:

  • 1/2 tbsp. hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp. chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp. toasted coconut chips
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat
  2. Stir in remaining ‘base’ ingredients
  3. Pour chocolate mixture onto a parchment-lined pan & spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle toppings
  5. Chill in freezer for 15 minutes
  6. Break chocolate into pieces & store in the freezer
