Easy Chocolate Protein Bark
Deliciously sugar-free, dairy-free & vegan friendly! Break pieces to any shape and size you prefer.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c + 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 scoop LEANFIT WHEY PROTEIN Vanilla
Toppings:
- 1/2 tbsp. hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp. chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp. toasted coconut chips
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat
- Stir in remaining ‘base’ ingredients
- Pour chocolate mixture onto a parchment-lined pan & spread evenly.
- Sprinkle toppings
- Chill in freezer for 15 minutes
- Break chocolate into pieces & store in the freezer
