EGGNOG LATTE
Warm up with this delicious high protein Eggnog Latté, with an extra sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon to make your taste buds dance.
Ingredients
1 cup hot brewed coffee
1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
1 scoop LEANFIT HYDROLYZED COLLAGEN*
1 teaspoon Xylitol (or sweetener of choice)
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/g teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 egg yolk
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients except egg yolk in blender and turn on
2. Drop egg yolk in when blender started
3. Blend for 10 seconds and serve
4. Top with cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
