Berry Bliss Smoothie
Start your day with a smoothie packed with protein fibre and vitamin C! If you want to boost the nutritional value even more, throw in some cheeky greens, and flaxseed for additional fibre and omegas.
Ingredients
1 scoop of LEANFIT vanilla whey or completegreen protein
1 cup of almond, cashew or oat milk
1 cup of frozen berries
1 small banana
Instructions
- Add your choice of liquid to a blender
- Add 1 scoop of completegree protein powder
- Add frozen fruit and banana
- Blend until completely smooth
