Refreshing Berry Shake

Easy and refreshing shake to start your day!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop of LEANFIT Sport Protein Isolate & Marine Collagen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, if you want extra sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Add the strawberries, blueberries, protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and any sweetener to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding ice cubes if you prefer a thicker consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing, healthy shake!
