Refreshing Berry Shake

Easy and refreshing shake to start your day!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop of LEANFIT Sport Protein Isolate & Marine Collagen™
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, if you want extra sweetness)
Instructions:
- Add the strawberries, blueberries, protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and any sweetener to your blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding ice cubes if you prefer a thicker consistency.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
