What Matters Most: Cassie Campbell-Pascall

Cassie Campbell-Pascall is a true Canadian icon, on the ice, in sport leadership, and at home. A three-time Olympic gold medalist, eight-time World Champion, NHL on ESPN analyst, and Special Advisor to the PWHL, Cassie has helped shape the future of hockey at every level.

Beyond her accolades, Cassie carries the daily realities of modern life with the same discipline and intention that defined her athletic career. As a mom and a lifelong athlete, she understands that performance, longevity, and well-being are built through consistency, starting with what you put into your body and how you care for yourself.

Her approach to health and wellness is thoughtful, practical, and deeply personal, rooted in experience, balance, and self-trust.

Cassie’s path to progress is not about doing more, but about choosing what truly matters. This is her path to progress:

My path to progress came a few years ago when I started to take things off my plate workwise.

It was an amazing process that was scary at first but then became very clear that it was the right decision to make. I started putting things in my schedule more often that were things I wanted to do, carving out time for me and my priorities.

It has been an amazing journey. I care less about what other people outside of my inner circle think, and I've learned that what's in my heart and what my passions are is what matters most.

Your Path to Progress

January is a fresh start - a time to embrace small, meaningful changes that lead to lasting progress. True transformation happens through daily habits, not drastic, unattainable goals. Whether it’s meal prepping, taking a 10-minute walk on your lunch break, journaling to reflect on your day, adding an extra glass of water or protein to your routine, stretching for 5 minutes in the morning, or swapping one processed snack for a healthier option, every small step is part of your journey. Let’s focus on progress over perfection and build sustainable habits together this year! Slow and steady, wins your race.

Your path to progress is uniquely yours - celebrate the wins, big or small, and recognize the effort it takes to show up every day.
