I've Lost 136 lbs Naturally: LEANFIT Has Been With Me Every Step of the Way

My name is Ketia, I'm a mom of 3 and wife from British Columbia, Canada. 
I’ve had a natural weight loss of -136 lbs.
Here is my story!!

My journey first started in 2022. I had 2 kids at the time and decided to take my health seriously because I had no energy, not happy with myself and zero confidence.
I started my journey at a gym but 1 month in is when quarantine shut down gyms. I wanted to keep the momentum going. I found a HIIT workout on YouTube and did it 5 days a week while eating in a calorie deficit with making sure protein was in every meal! This is where I fell in love with LEANFIT  Whey! I lost 40 lbs. then ended up pregnant with baby  number 3. Gained my weight back and had to start over again at 286 lbs. in February 2023.

February 2023 was me starting again 7 weeks postpartum with 3 kids 4 years and under!!
I started that same HIIT workout on YouTube. I was so desperate for results and progress that I never switched videos. I have done the SAME video for 23 months, 5 days a week and ate a calorie deficit diet. Lost 136 lbs. naturally.
Part of that calorie deficit was my everyday protein coffee frappe and lunch of a smoothie bowl that was packed with nutrients and protein!!! I fell in love with the new life I created and the way I eat. Became healthy, happy and confident- the 3 things I needed so badly. My persistence and consistency were fueled by discipline. Which is something I’m proud of. This was the hardest thing I’ve had to do for myself but definitely the most proud I’ve been of myself.

Not only did I lose weight but found a passion in helping others do the same.
