Thriving as a Busy Working Mom: Mastering the Art of Balancing Life, Work, and Family
My name is Elisa. I am a wife, and a busy mom with seven children and I currently work part-time. My first was 2008, I gained another 2010 from my marriage then from 2017 - 2024 we had five more. After my last child in March 2024, I was about 200lbs. I was feeling icky about myself, unattractive, overweight, my brittle hair and aging skin and aching body (husband always makes me feel beautiful). But that didn't change how I was still feeling.
With my desire to lose some weight and tone up. I decided to change a few things about my diet, and physical health. Such as more physical activities, floor exercises playing with the kids. Better food choices, less overeating, and my favorite night snacking a bunch of junk had to change.
I first ordered LEANFIT on Amazon. One was the collagen which is great. Plant based protein was not my favorite. I started ordering from the website. Trying lots of different products. Most tastes really good.
It was 10 years ago in my hometown. Before I met my husband. When I last drank protein supplements and used to go to the gym daily. Gym is still something I plan when I have more time to myself.
It's now been about eight months, and I lost about 55lbs. My aches and pains aren't like they were months ago. My back and hips don’t hurt me. My skin looks better. My hair and nails are stronger. I feel better about my overall health and body. The best is I have way more energy to run with the kids.
My morning usually starts at 5am with a coffee with collagen. About 8-10am breakfast with vanilla MARINE COLLAGEN PROTEIN – Vanilla shake, or sometimes super greens with the electrolytes lemonade. Around noon I have protein shake or super greens with lunch. I try to have a vanilla egg membrane drink before supper, and orange collagen juice in the evening.
