Your Path to Progress
Proper nutrition, vitamins and supplements are crucial for the amount I train, especially at my age and with a wife and 3 children along with a growing Marketing business I have no time to be tired or feel sluggish!
Looking back, I never imagined fitness would become such an empowering part of my life. From feeling lost to discovering a new strength, it’s been an incredible journey—and I’m excited to see where it takes me next.
The workouts became more than just exercise. They turned into my escape—a time to clear my head and focus on myself. During class, I wasn’t worrying about anything else. I was just following the instructor and pushing myself. Slowly but surely, I started to feel stronger and more confident.
You can lose yourself in all your roles. But my success story is the consistent ability to find myself all over again.
This January, I’m taking my gratitude jar to the next level by participating in LEANFIT®’s #PathToProgress. Instead of per week, just for the month of January, I’m challenging myself to do a sticky note per day to kick off the year with 31 positives.
Overwhelmed by the number of fitness apps and influencers hailing ‘you can do it’? Me too! Like most people I’ve got a very fulltime job, two young kids (often doing online learning in the background), family obligations, life, etc, etc. I need a win where I can find it and for me, taking care of my skin is one of the simplest and more rewarding steps in my day.
