I've been using LeanFit for years.
The only purely vegetable based protein powder (This is extremely important).
It's important to avoid Whey & Whey Isolate and even more so for those that are Lactose intolerant.
LeanFit with only 2 Carbs per scoop is perfect for weight loss and Diabetics.
For weight loss, replace dinner using 2 scoops with recipe below
My meal replacement:
1 or 2 scoops of LeanFit Powder
3 cups Almond Milk (Never eat Soy Milk or Oat Milk)
1 Handful of frozen Spinach leaves (Keep Spinach in the freezer.)
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
4 Ice cubes
1. Add Almond Milk to a Blender
2. Add LeanFit
3. Add Chia Seeds
4. Add frozen spinach
5. Add 4 ice cubes &/or Frozen/Fresh Fruit (Much more Carbs however so not for weight loss or diabetics)
6. Put the lid on tight, blend at slowest speed, then increase to highest speed.
* the order above is important for optimum mixing, otherwise Chia seeds stick to the blender.
7. I drink it right out of the blender. Enjoy

The texture is grainy and does not sit well with me. Customer service advised to just use it for smoothies (which still leaves it with the bad texture) and to bake with it (which I don't do much of to begin with). How am I supposed to use all of this?
