Weird taste and hard to mix

The recommendation is to use in hot water, which clumps up and doesn’t mix.
I have attempted to mix it with a mixer which helped, but the taste if very strong and not overpowering.
I am not sure how to use it.

Great tasting quality product

It takes quite a bit of stirring to dissolve the bone broth. The product tastes good as a warm drink with collagen benefits.

Not what I expected

My first time using it, I put a scoop of the beef bone broth to a cup of boiled water, when I poured the hot water in the powder just went into clumps like glue and stirring and shaking it didn't get all the lumps out. It wasn't a bad taste, but It doesn't mix well. I don't think I'd buy it again.
